BIM models can contain a wealth of information. But often it is still a tough job to manage the various information flows and to open up the right information at the right time. With the D-studio xD Server technology, we link multiple BIM models and BIM applications dynamically together to form an integrated meta BIM model. That way we can make the most current information accessible to the various project partners at any time.

PROJECT CYCLE MANAGEMENT

This class focuses on the dynamic integration of multiple tools, software & technology into an integrated project environment for housing projects in the Netherlands, using D-studio xD Server and other technologies. Appropriate tools have been developed for all project stages, starting from conceptual urban studies (design assistant with Trimble Sketchup), through the design model (Revit), the online configurator (iBuildGreen), the production patform (Tekla & Revit). The FC inspired datamodel is both distributed and centralized.
